This is what you do as a Corporate Advisor New Customer at Folksam
In this role, you will primarily focus on prospecting and acquiring new customers. An important part of the job is to contact new corporate clients yourself and schedule meetings with them. You will mainly work with proactive sales and meet customers in both physical and digital meetings. You tailor your advice according to each customer's specific needs and situation. Furthermore, you will manage and follow up on customers independently and handle all administrative tasks before and after your meetings. You are expected to actively develop your network to contribute to business in this way as well.
The Corporate Advisor New Customer position is intended as an entry-level position where you are expected to work for a few years and build your customer portfolio before taking the next step as a corporate advisor. You will have an introductory period of six months during which we offer life certification, thorough training, and the opportunity for shadowing and joint visits to meet IDD requirements. If you succeed well in your role, the opportunities for the next step in the career ladder as a corporate advisor are good.
As a newcomer, you will receive strong support from dedicated and knowledgeable managers and colleagues in advisory roles. With support from brands and offerings within the Folksam group, good conditions for your development and success are created.

Are you the one we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with at least two years of sales experience with good results. You have solid knowledge of business economics and are familiar with the insurance industry. It is an advantage if you have good telephone skills. You should also have completed upper secondary education.
You are clear in your communication and listen and adapt based on the customer's needs. Since you will have your own customer contacts throughout the advisory process, we see that you are self-driven. To succeed in the job as an advisor, you are good at building strong relationships and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Additionally, we want you to have good analytical skills to solve various problems. Furthermore, you are results-oriented, which means you set goals and work systematically to achieve them.
